Nokia Asha 503 is now available for purchase from online retails website Infibeam for Rs. 6,550. The premier phone in the Nokia Asha series supports 3G connectivity and accepts two Micro SIM cards.


The Nokia Asha 503 operates on Nokia Asha software platform 1.2 and sports a 3 inch LCD display with QVGA 320 x 240 pixel resolution (134 ppi). The phone will be available in various colorful polycarbonate shells which is one of the highlights of the refreshed Nokia Asha series.

The internal memory is 128 MB and you can further extend it to 32 GB using MicroSD card support. The primary camera at the back is of 5 MP. Don’t expect much from the camera. It supports 1.5 x Zoom and 320 x240 QVGA video recording at 15 fps.

The Battery capacity is 1200 mAh and you can extract maximum standby time of 20 days and 2G talk time of 12 hours from this device which is pretty decent. Other connectivity features include Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi and Micro USB.

The major performance highlight of Nokia Asha devices is the Fastlane feature. Using Fastlane, you can easily swipe to your recent activities and even camera App. You can share pictures and files on social networking sites, including Facebook and twitter, and also see notifications in the Fastlane if your friends respond to your updates. WhatsApp and Line messenger are also available on Nokia Asha 500 along with various other apps.
