Vodafone has launched a 3G dongle, K4201 with a price tag of only Rs. 999 and the company claims this will provide you with download speed of up to 21.1 Mbps. The dongle will cater to company’s post paid customers and comes with several interesting features.
The Maximum Upload speed will be 5.76 Mbps and the dongle will be compatible with all major operating systems including Window 8, Mac and Linux. The 3G dongle will also feature microSD support up to 32 GB.
Users will get the option to download software updates online and also to set data usage limits similar to smartphone apps. With the dongle you can receive as well as send SMS from your computer and also get complete phone book functionality.

The peak speeds (Download: 21.1Mbps and Upload: 5.76 Mbps) are almost never achieved in the real world scenario and there is bound to be a cap on the data usage according to the rental plan. Make sure you ask for details before you opt for a rental plan.
