Two new budget android phones from Intex Intex Cloud X12 and N8 are now on sale on ebay for Rs. 4290 and Rs. 8990 respectively. While the cloud X12 is an entry level smartphone with basic features, Intex Cloud N8 is a MT6582M powered Quad core device and provides good value for Money.
The Intex Cloud X12 features a 3.5 inch Display with HVGA resolution and is powered by 1 GHz dual-core Spreadtrum 7710 processor. Ram capacity is 256 MB and the phone runs on Android 4.2 operating system. The battery capacity has a modest 1200 mAh capacity.
The basic imaging hardware includes a 2 MP camera at the back and a VGA camera at the front. Surprisingly the phone supports 3G and Dual SIM connectivity. The internal memory is also quite limited at 512 MB.
The Intex Cloud N8 on the other hand carries a 4.5 inch FWVGA display and is powered by the ubiquitous 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor backed by 512MB RAM and 4GB Internal memory, expandable up to 32GB with microSD support.
The primary auto focus camera has an 8 MP sensor and enjoys LED flash support. A 2 MP front camera has also been provided for video calling. Software remains same Android 4.2 Jelly bean which is rapidly employing major chunk of fragmented Android ecosystem.
The battery capacity is 1750 mAh which is average. Connectivity features of this dual SIM phone include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The Intex Cloud X12 comes in Black and White colors and the Aqua N8 comes in Black color. Both of these devices can be purchased from ebay.
