The Canvas Duet 2 will sport dual SIM card slot supporting GSM and CDMA networks. You can insert any CDMA network SIM card in the CDMA slot unlike Micromax Canvas Blaze which was launched in partnership with MTS.

The phone sports a 5.3 inch display powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor. The RAM capacity is 1 GB and the internal storage is standard 4 GB. The chipset specifications are quite modest considering the price range.

Other Micromax Canvas devices will offer you better camera specs at far lesser price range. The Battery capacity is 2300 mAh. On the software front you will get Android 4.1 jelly bean.
The specifications are not particularly impressive at this price range and the USP of the phone lies in the fact that it allows you to use both GSM and CDMA SIM cards, something which we have seen before in other Android phones as well.
