Moto G Android 4.4 KitKat Update starts Rolling Out in India

Moto G is certainly the most talked about smartphone these days and now the Android 4.4 KitKat update for the device has started rolling out in India. The update was guaranteed with the purchase and has been on the cards for some time now.


The new Android 4.4.2 KitKat update will bring new dialer app and Google Hangout will now support SMS/MMS also. The new update will bring smoother performance along with the obvious enhancement in aesthetic features.

The Android 4.4.2 KitKat has been designed to operate even with minimal resources. It is compatible with phones having 512 MB RAM. This implies it will make Moto G which comes with double the amount of RAM even smoother.

Besides this it brings several added features like new gallert app, WiFi and Sensor batching for energy efficiency, printer support and immersive mode. Moto G is currently out of stock, but if reports are to be believed, the fresh consignment has already arrived in India. The phone is expected to go live on FlipKart very soon.
