The 7 inch display sports 1024 x 600 pixel resolution analogous to domestic branded budget tabs present around 10k mark. The tablet is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core processor backed by 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. MicroSD support is also present up to 32 GB.
The Tab 3 Neo runs on Android 4.2 jelly bean with TouchWiz UI on top. The imaging hardware includes a 2 MP camera at the back. There is no front camera in this tablet. The tablet is 9.7 mm thick and weighs moderate 310 grams.
