LG G2 was one of the first few Snapdragon 800 phones launched in India last year and today LG has announced that it will release the 4G LTE variant of LG G2 in India in the next 2 weeks. The company also announced that it will bring Knock Code to all LG L III series devices.
LG G2 comes with a gorgeous 5.2 inch Full HD display with 424 pixels per inches and is powered by Snapdragon 800 2.3 GHz quad core chipset backed by 2 GB RAM and 16 GB/ 32 GB internal storage. The display is protected by corning gorilla glass 2.
On the software front you will get Android 4.2 jelly bean with Android KitKat update on the cards. The imaging hardware includes 13 MP camera capable of Full HD 1080p video recording at 60fps. The front 2.1 MP shooter is also capable of full HD 1080p video recording at 30fps.
The battery capacity of 3000 mAh will provide you with ample back up. Connectivity features include WiFi ac, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, AGPS, GLONASS, NFC and Infrared. The 16 GB LTE version has been priced at Rs. 46,000 MRP and the 32 GB variant has been priced at 49,000.
The Kock Code which debuted with LG G Pro 2 allows you to unlock your phone by just taping a preset code on the lockscreen. The feature is even more useful in LG top end phones, because of the power button placed at the back as par of the ‘rear key’. With Knock code, you don’t have to reach all the way to the backside to power up your phone.
