Samsung will soon launch Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo plus in India according to trusted smartphone retailer @MaheshTelecom . According to the tweet from the leak source, the improved variant of Samsung Galaxy S3 which was earlier launched in China, will be priced at 24,900 INR.
The display remains same with a 4.8 inch Super AMOLED 720p HD panel amounting to 306 pixels per inches. The operating system has been improved to Android 4.3 jelly bean out of the box.
The processor is 1.4 GHz quad core unit, but to justify the price-tag we hope Samsung is using a Snapdragon 400 processor with Cortex A7 cores instead of Cortex A9 based Exynos chipset in Galaxy S3. The RAM capacity is still 1 GB but the internal storage has been reduced to 8 GB. You can expand it further by 64 GB using MicroSD support.
Body dimensions and weight are also similar to Galaxy S3. The primary camera has an 8 MP sensor and at the front you will get the traditional 1.3 MP VGA unit. The rear camera can record 1080p videos. Powering all the internals is a 2100 mAh battery.
Only conspicuous difference is Dual SIM functionality. If you can do well with single SIM card slot, Samsung Galaxy S3 is selling for lesser amount, Approx 23,000 INR. There is no official confirmation from Samsung yet, but going by the 100 percent accurate track record of Mahesh telecom, we can expect official confirmation soon.
