Lenovo unleashed three smartphones – S660, S850 and S860 at the Mobile World Congress 2014 event held in Barcelona. Today, the China based manufacturer has launched the cheapest variant of the trio – Lenovo S660 in India bearing a price tag of Rs 13,999.
The Lenovo S660 is given a 4.7 inch qHD capacitive touch screen display and is equipped with a quad-core MediaTek MT6582m processor clocked at 1.3 GHz. The dual SIM smartphones is based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system and packs 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage along with expandable memory support up to 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card.
In terms of camera optics, the Lenovo S660 includes an 8 MP camera sensor at the rear supplemented with LED flash and a VGA front facing snapper to facilitate in making video calls. Connectivity is handled by aspects such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/aGPS and 3G and a 3,000 mAh battery powers the phone delivering up to 10 hours of talk time on 2G networks.
