Japanese tech firm Sony released a dual SIM smartphone – Xperia M2 Dual in India for Rs 21,990. This handset is the sequel to the successful Xperia M smartphone that was one of the best selling phones in the Indian market. Though the Xperia M2 is a high-end phone, it has the right mix of features and pricing. However, the handset has to struggle to relish success as the market is crowded with many such offerings from different manufacturers. The Xperia M2 includes an 8 MP Exmor RS primary camera at its back along with auto focus and LED flash and supports up to FHD 1080p video recording. Sony has included a 4.8 inch qHD display on the Xperia M2 and this screen carries 960×540 pixel resolution. Further, it is the largest qHD display in this class. The overall design of the phone is also crafted carefully to make it thin and lightweight.

To keep the users connected on the go, Sony has incorporated usual connectivity features such as 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and NFC in the Xperia M2.
