Hyderabad based Celkon made a revolution by introducing the Campus A35K with Android 4.4 KitKat bearing a price tag of Rs 2,999. Now, the vendor has come up with two more KitKat based smartphones dubbed Millennium Power Q3000 and Millennium Elite Q470 priced at Rs 8,999 and Rs 11,999.
Talking of the specifications, the Celkon Millennium Power Q3000 is fitted with a 5 inch display with FWVGA resolution of 854×480 pixels and draws the power from a quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor ticking at 1.3 GHz. This processor is teamed up with a Mali 400 GPU and 1 GB of RAM that can handle the graphics and multi-tasking requirements of the users. The device features an 8 MP main camera at its back with auto focus and LED flash and a 1.3 MP front-facing snapper to make video calls.
Connectivity features aboard the Mellennium Power Q3000 are 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS along with dual SIM functionality. Also, there is 4 GB of native storage space that can be further extended up to 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card. A juicier 3,000 mAh battery is utilized to power the phone adding sense to its name.
When it comes to the Millennium Elite Q470, the handset is given a 4.7 inch IPS display boasting HD resolution of 1280×720 pixels and One Glass Solution technology that results in a thin and slim design. Powering the handset from within is a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor that is again paired with Mali 400 GPU and 1 GB of RAM. The primary camera remains identical at 8 MP with LED flash and auto focus, whereas there is a 2 MP front-facer.
While the connectivity features are similar to the ones as the Celkon Millennium Power Q3000, this handset has an increased 16 GB of default storage capacity that can in turn be expanded up to 32 GB. Under the hood is a 1,800 mAh battery that can deliver a decent backup to the Millennium Elite Q470.
Both the devices will be available exclusively via online retailer Snapdeal and are priced at Rs 8,999 and Rs 11,999. The Millennium Elite Q470 will come with a free flip cover and it will go on sale starting from July 21.
