In terms of technical specifications, the Lava Iris 460 is said to come fitted with a 4.5 inch IPS OGS (One Glass Solution) display that features a FWVGA screen resolution of 480×854 pixels. Under its hood, there appears to be a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor of unspecified chipset supplemented with a standard 1 GB of RAM.

Fueled by Android 4.4.2 KitKat, the Lava phone has a 5 MP primary snapper with LED flash for improved low light performance. This camera is paired with a VGA front-facing sensor that can help in making video calls. Storage wise, the Lava Iris 460 is listed to bundle 8 GB of native storage space that can be extended externally by another 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card.

Connectivity aspects onboard the handset are the standard options such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS along with dual SIM functionality. Powering the Iris 460 is a 1,650 mAh battery delivering a decent backup to the device.
