Acer has come up with the launch of the Iconia A1-830 tablet in India bearing a price tag of Rs 11,299. The vendor has teamed up with online retailer giant Flipkart to sell the device exclusively. The tablet was unveiled earlier this year featuring an aluminum metal back cover and strong frame for exceptional durability.
The Acer Iconia A1-830 features a 7.9 inch LED backlit IPS display with a resolution of 1024×768 pixels and is powered by a 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 chipset paired with PowerVR SGX544 graphics engine and 1 GB of RAM. Fueled by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, the Iconia A1-830 packs a 5 MP primary snapper with FHD 1080p video recording and a 2 MP front-facer that can capture HD 720p video calls.
Connectivity features onboard the device includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and GPS. Also, device bundles 16 GB of internal storage space that can be expanded by another 32 GB by means of a micro SD card. There is a juicy 4,000 mAh battery that can deliver enough power to the Iconia A1-830.
The Acer tablet is priced at Rs 11,299 and is available only via Flipkart.
