ZTE to Hold Event on September 2 in India Hinting Nubia Z7 Max Release

Lately, rumors regarding the release of ZTE Nubia Z7 Max smartphone in India are on the rise with the official confirmation from the firm about the same. Though the specific release date of the smartphone was not revealed so long, now we can claim that there is an increased possibility for the same to happen on September 2.

We say this as ZTE has sent us an email with ‘Block Your Date’ for a press event that is slated to happen in India on September 2. Going by the speculations that were taking place it is definite that the vendor will be releasing the Nubia Z7 Max at this event. As of now, we do not have any other details other than the date of the press event and we need to wait to know the pricing and availability information of the handset.

To recap on the specifications, the ZTE Nubia Z7 Max is given a large 5.5 inch Quad HD display with a screen resolution of 2560×1440 pixels and it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset that combines a 2.5 GHz quad-core Krait processor paired with Adreno 330 graphics unit and 3 GB of RAM.

The imaging hardware of the smartphone comprises of a 13 MP main camera teamed up with auto focus and LED flash and a front-facing 5 MP selfie camera. Running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, the Nubia Z7 Max bundles an enormous 32 GB of internal storage space that can be further extended externally up to 64 GB using a micro SD card. The handset draws its energy from a juicy 3,000 mAh battery that is housed under its hood.
