As assured, e-commerce giant Flipkart has announced the launch of a slew of Intel Atom powered tablets under its Digiflip Pro lineup. The retailer has added three tablets to the series and the devices include Digiflip Pro ET 701, Digiflip Pro XT 811 (with voice calling)/ XT 801 and Digiflip Pro XT 911 (with voice calling)/ XT 901 that are priced between Rs 5,999 and Rs 15,999.
When it comes to specifications, Digiflip Pro ET 701 features a 7 inch IPS display with 1024×600 pixel resolution and is stuffed with a 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor paired with 1 GB of RAM. Storage wise, there is 8 GB of internal storage capacity that can be expanded and has connectivity features such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0. Other goodies onboard include a 2 MP primary snapper, VGA front-facer and a 2,800 mAh battery.
The Digiflip Pro XT 811 / XT 801 comes with an 8 inch IPS display with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and uses a 2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2580 processor and 1 GB of RAM. The handset uses 16 GB of internal storage with expandable storage support and makes use of a 5 MP primary snapper and 2 MP front-facing selfie camera. The other notable aspects of the handset are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a 4,200 mAh battery. The Digiflip Pro XT 811 features a 3G SIM card slot for voice calling, whereas it is not present in the Digiflip Pro XT 801.
Lastly, Digiflip Pro XT 911 / XT 901 boasts of an 8.9 inch FHD IPS display with 1920×1200 pixel resolution. The device uses the same processor, camera storage and connectivity aspects as the Digiflip Pro XT 811/ XT 801. Otherwise, the slate comes equipped with a juicy 6,500 mAh battery and 2 GB of RAM. Likewise the 8 inch sibling, this one also comes in two variants – XT 901 with only Wi-Fi and XT 911 with a 3G SIM card slot for voice calls.
All the three tablets are based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and they can be upgraded to v4.4 KitKat platform.
