Microsoft announced a trio of smartphones that were unveiled by the vendor lately for the Indian market today. Of the trio, the Lumia 730 is a mid ranger that is claimed to be a selfie focused device. Priced at Rs 15,299, the handset will be a competitor to the other selfie focused smartphones available in the market in the same price bracket. The rear camera is 6.7 MP sensor with Carl Zeiss optics, auto focus, LED flash, panorama and FHD 1080p video recording support. Nokia has also provided stereo surround microphone to render an unhindered audio quality in the recorded videos. The device is claimed to be selfie focused smartphone as the front facing 5 MP camera has a wide angle lens with a focal length of 24 mm to capture better self portrait shots. With the incorporation of polarizing filters, the ClearBlack technology makes the display less reflective and readable even under sunlight. Furthermore, it is layered with the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The phone will be running on latest Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim update. It also has aspects such as dual SIM, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, Wi-Fi, 3G and GPS. Microsoft adds 15 GB of free OneDrive cloud storage space to the device as well.
