Obi Mobiles has announced that came up with five new smartphones lately has launched two more smartphones dubbed Crane S550 and Leopard S502 respectively. In addition to these mid-range smartphones, Obi has also announced yet another device called Obi Falcon S451 that will be the first phone from the vendor to sport a rotating camera.
Talking of specifications, the Obi Crane S550 is fitted with a 5.5 inch qHD IPS display and employs a quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor clocked at 1.3 GHz paired with Mali 400 MP2 graphics engine and 1 GB of RAM. There is 8 GB of internal storage space onboard that can be expanded externally by another 32 GB using a micro SD card.
The imaging requirements are met by an 8 MP primary camera paired with LED flash and FHD video recording and a 5 MP front-facing selfie camera. Other goodies onboard are 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 2,400 mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Obi Leopard S502 comes with a 5 inch qHD IPS display and uses a 2,100 mAh battery to power it from within. The other aspects of the smartphone are pretty identical to the Crane S550.
Elaborating about the Obi Falcon S451, the smartphone with an 8 MP swivel camera includes a 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor ticking at 1.3 GHz clock speed backed by Mali 400 graphics unit and 1 GB of RAM. There is 4 GB of native storage capacity with expandable storage support up to 32 GB. Other aspects of the device include a 4.5 inch qHD IPS display, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 2,200 mAh battery.
Obi has priced the Crane S550 at Rs.8,390 and the Leopard S502 at Rs 7,499 respectively. The Falcon S451 smartphone will be going on sale soon for a pricing of Rs 7,999.
