Moto X 2014 Exchange Offer Provides Rs 6,000 Discount

The Moto X 2014 edition that made its way into India exclusively via Flipkart for Rs 31,999 in September has now available at a discount. Well, the Lenovo owned company has come up with an exchange offer and buyers of Moto X 2014 would get a maximum discount of Rs 6,000 depending on their old handset that is being exchanged. Eventually, there is a chance of buying the smartphone for Rs 25,999.

In order to avail this offer, users will have to go the Moto X 2014 listing on Flipkart and fill in the details such as model number, IMEI number and brand name of their old smartphone and know the maximum discount that they can get with the exchange. However, the exchange offer is valid only for select devices.

After completing the online purchase process, users can surrender their old smartphones that are in working conditions to the field executives who deliver the new Moto X smartphone. Notably, Flipkart has mentioned that if the user returns the Moto X 2014 for some issue later, the exchanged smartphone will not be shipped back to them.

To recap on the specifications, the Moto X 2014 houses a 5.2 inch FHD OLED display with 1920×1080 pixel resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device is equipped with a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor backed by 2 GB of RAM. There is a 13 MP primary snapper at the rear of the Motorola offering that is teamed up with dual LED ring flash and 4K video recording support. Also, a 2 MP front facing camera occupies the front panel of the Moto X 2014.


Fueled by Android 4.4.4 KitKat, the smartphone comes in 16 GB and 32 GB of internal storage options that cannot be expanded further as there is no micro SD card. The smartphone makes use of a 2,300 mAh battery to pump enough juice to the Moto X 2014.
