Samsung will reportedly launch the next Grand series smartphone, The Galaxy Grand 3 in India. Samsung’s grand series smartphones have done quite well in India. In the teaser image below, the Korean manufacturer labels it as “The Grandest Ever”.

Samsung Galaxy Grand 3 will be first launched in India followed by other markets. According to a rumors and leaks we have heard so far, the Galaxy Grand 3 will flaunt a 5.5 Inch display with HD resolution and trimmed bezels.

It is expected to be powered by 64 bit Snapdragon 410 quad core processor with 4 cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.2 GHz and assisted by 1.5 GB RAM and 16 GB expandable internal storage. Rumors suggest that the next grand smartphone measures just 7.95 mm around the waist and is quite light at 140 grams.

Samsung Galaxy Grand will be running Android 4.4.4 KitKat based TouchWiz UI to begin with. The OS will later be updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop. Imaging hardware will include a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front selfie snapper, both supporting 1080p full HD video recording.

Samsung might also include a side metal frame similar to Galaxy Alpha in this upcoming grand smartphone. Samsung has also partnered with Snapdeal to retail this smartphone online.
