Entry Level Micromax Bolt S300 With 3G Arrives for 3,300 INR

Micromax provides feature phone alternatives as part of Bolt series and the latest to join the list is Micromax Bolt S300, which will be available online and offline for 3,300 INR. Without being too ambitious, the phone offers basic Android 4.4 KitKat experience to first time buyers.

There is textured design running through the front and back, and whatever remains is filled by the display glass, encompassing a 4 Inch WVGA touch screen display with usable WVGA 800 x 480 pixel resolution.

Performance will depend on 1 GHz Single core Spreadtrum SC7715 CPU with 512 MB RAM, Mali 400 GPU, 4 GB internal storage and 32 GB MicroSD support. This is rather punitive by today’s standards and is meant for very basic usage. There is a VGA front and rear camera for photography, with LED flash for the rear snapper.
