As it is the fifth birthday of Xiaomi across the globe, the firm has announced a couple of new partnerships in India today. Xiaomi sold its smartphones online via Flipkart since last year and now, it its offerings will be available on other retailers such as Amazon and Snapdeal as well.
Eventually, interested users can buy the Xiaomi offerings from the three online retailers and offline via Airtel and The Mobile Store.
On the sidelines of the announcement, Manu Jain, Head of India Operations at Mi India claimed that the firm is happy to give Mi fans more options to grab the Mi products. The firm is bullish that the new partnerships will be successful.
With the Mi Fan Festival to be held tomorrow, the firm announced the free bundling of accessories with the Redmi Note 4G. We can also see other special offers such as an open sale of the Redmi 2 and a discount of the Mi 4 across the online partners and The Mobile Store. The firm is also bringing the Mi Pad in stock and it will be let out on sale without pre-registrations via the online partners of Xiaomi.

The discounted pricing of the Mi 4 on Wednesday will be Rs 17,999 and Rs 21,999 for the 16 GB and 64 GB variants of the device. The firm announced that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G with bundled offers such as 5,400 Power Bank will be available via both the offline partners and Mi In-Ear Headphones will be available via the online partners.
Regarding this, Hugo Barra, the Vice President at Xiaomi Global said that Mi Fan Festival is a massive online party thrown at the Mi fans every year to bring non-stop celebration on the day.
