Lenovo has successfully sold over 300,000 units of Lenovo A6000, which offers great specs for a very low price. The handset has a lot to offer for a very competitive price, as is the case with most ‘Flash sales ‘ devices. Display and Processor
Both Lenovo A7000 and A6000 have 1280 x 720 pixels spread across 5 inch and 5.5 Inch display. This makes Lenovo A7000 less sharp, but the difference is hardly noticeable in practice. Lenovo A7000 will appeal more to users who like trendier phablet sized displays.
The Lenovo A6000 drives its power from 64 bit Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, while Lenovo A7000 is mightier in this regards with a 1.5 GHz octa core Cortex A53 based MT6752 humming inside. RAM capacity has also been doubled in A7000. The point being, A7000 has a lot more horsepower to offer if you might need it.

Camera and Internal Storage
Both phones offer same 8 MP rear camera, but Lenovo A7000 comes with dual LED flash and slightly better camera performance. The selfie snapper in A7000 has a bigger 5 MP sensor too.
Internal storage is again same on both devices. You will have 8 GB of native storage space, which can be further extended by another 32 GB using MicroSD card slot. This should be good enough for most basic and moderate users.
Battery and Other Features
Lenovo A7000 contains a beefier battery, which is obvious as it also has a bigger display and larger foot print. Lenovo claims 16 hours of maximum 3G talk time and 264 hours of standby time from A7000’s 2900 mAh battery and 13 hours of talk time and same standby time from 2300 mAh battery in A6000.
We liked the dolby audio on A6000 and A7000 takes this further by being the first smartphone with Dolby Atmos support. Both smartphones support 4G LTE and similar set of other connectivity features. Lenovo A7000 software is based on Android Lollipop, but since it is engulfed in Vibe UI cosmetics, you won’t notice much of lollipop design.

While Lenovo A7000 will challenge smartphones in vicinity of 10,000 INR, the A6000 will be tough competitor for budget buyers.
