Meizu seems all set to release its mid-range flagship smartphone MX4 in India soon. According to the obtained shipping logs, the 16GB Meizu MX4 is already imported to India for testing. The shipping details were found at an import-export database website. Earlier, the Chinese smartphone maker has exported multiple devices from China to its Bangalore office, and in September we spotted another shipping log showing the import from United States to Chennai.
The Meizu MX4 boasts of a 5.32 inch display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution at 418ppi (pixel per inch) density. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT 6595 SoC clocked at 2.1 GHz, coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 16/32/64 GB internal memory options are available. It runs on Flyme OS 4 on top of the Android 4.4.2 operating system.
The device further features a mighty 20.7MP primary camera with capabilities to record 4K videos and it is coupled by a two-tone LED flash on the rear with 2MP camera at the front. The Meizu MX4 is powered by a 3,100 mAh battery and elite design with a thin bezel and more screen-to-body ratio, but misses the much needed microSD card slot.

Though the price for Meizu MX4 as mentioned in the valuation column as INR 40,556 and INR 31,148, international online sellers are offering it for around $292, which reaches around INR 18,717. Some of its possible competitors are the Xiaomi Mi 4 and ZenFone 2 which are priced at INR 17,999 and for INR 19,999 respectively. We can expect the phone to cost much less than the value stated in the shipment log.
