Coolpad Note 3 Plus all set to launch on Friday, May 6

Coolpad unveiled its Note 3 in October last year at Rs. 8,999. The company has already rolled out a lite variant of the phone called Coolpad Note 3 Lite in January at Rs. 6,999. Now, Coolpad is all set to launch another variant of the phone, Coolpad note 3 Plus.

The Plus variant is most likely to launch on Friday, May 6. Due to the upcoming launch of the Plus variant, the price of Coolpad Note 3 has already being slashed by Rs. 500, the phone is now available on Amazon at Rs. 8,499. The company has not yet revealed the specifications of Note 3 Plus, let us take a look at the specifications of Note 3 and Note 3 Lite.

Coolpad Note 3 has a 5.5-inch (13.97 centimeters) TFT IPS capacitive touchscreen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Cortex-A53 MT6753 Mediatek Octacore Processor. It has 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory expandable up to 64GB. Operating system is Android 5.1 Lollipop. On the camera front, it is equipped with a 13MP primary camera and 5MP front facing camera.

This dual SIM smartphone is backed by a 3000mAH lithium-ion battery. The phone is also equipped with a fingerprint sensor at the back that unlocks the phone within 0.5 second.

On the other hand the lighter variant, Coolpad Note 3 Lite has a 5-inch (12.7 centimeters) TFT IPS capacitive touchscreen with 720 x 1080 pixels resolution and 294 ppi pixel density. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Cortex-A53 MT6735 Mediatek quad core processor, It comes with 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB. It is also equipped with a fingerprint sensor at the back. On the camera front, it also has a 13MP primary camera and 5MP front facing camera. It is backed by a 2500mAH lithium-ion battery. Coolpad Note 3 Lite is also available at Amazon at a price of Rs. 6,999.
