Display

Itel Selfie pro has a 5 inch IPS LCD display display with a screen resolution of 720 X 1280 pixels. The display is nice, it has good viewing angles and the colors are also good. Outdoor visibility is also good but not the best. There is a enlarged black area below the display which does not look very nice. Overall the display is good for a budget phone.

Gaming Performance

I tested the gaming performance with multiple titles including some light and some heavy games. As we know, it does not have a great hardware for gaming, but I was satisfied with the kind of performance it gave while playing Modern Combat 5, which requires decent graphic performance. It did not lag as such but there were minor frame drops here and there. The gaming experience will be playable unless you are running too many apps in background. You cannot call it smooth, but still good for price.

As far as heating is concerned, I did not notice any major heating issue during my testing. It went up to 39 degrees Celsius after 40 minutes of gaming, but it may vary depending up on the surrounding.

Conclusion

Itel Selfie pro comes with the nice design, good display size and quality, latest OS, average processor, entry level RAM and ROM, average camera, good battery and 4G LTE support. Overall, the phone is not as attractive as other phones like Coolpad note 3 Lite and Lenovo Vibe K5, in this price segment. The company has just come to India, but still it will have to come up with better products to compete in the market.

But I must say that the camera and display on this phone were really impressive.
