Micromax has launched a new range of entry level phones called Vdeo. The company has come up with two phones named as Micromax Vdeo 1 & Vdeo 2. The phone is launched in partnership with Google, thus it comes with pre-loaded Google Duo app. The other highlight of the phone is the 4G VoLTE support.

Micromax Vdeo 1 & Vdeo 2 Specifications

Micromax Vdeo 1 features a 4 inch WVGA Display, while Vdeo 2 features a 4.5 inch FWVGA display. Both of them are powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor from Spreadtrum. They have 1 GB RAM coupled with 8 GB of internal storage. Both the devices come with Android Marshmallow 6.0 as the operating system.

Talking about the camera, they are equipped with a 5 MP primary camera and a 2MP front camera. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB port, 3.5mm audio jack and 4G VoLTE support. Both the smartphones will come pre-bundled with a Reliance Jio SIM offering users 3 months of unlimited data and voice calling.

Micromax Vdeo 1 is backed by a 1,600 mAh battery, while Vdeo 2 is backed by a 1,800 mAh battery.

Pricing and availability

Micromax Vdeo 1 is priced at Rs. 4,440 and Vdeo 2 is priced at Rs. 4,990. Both the smartphones will be available in the offline market starting from today itself.
