Asus Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 ZC5553KL Available at Rs 17,999

Taiwanese tech giant Asus has recently made a new phone available in the Indian market from its lineup. Yes, Asus Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 ZC553KL is now on sale for Rs 17,999. The phone was launched last month and now it has finally made it to the market.

Another variant of the phone with 5.2-inch screen was also launched last month and is now available for Rs 12,999. Considering the key highlights of Zenfone Max 3, it has a massive 4,100 mAh battery which is capable of offering 30 days of standby and up to 20 hours of talk time on 3G. Further, it can also work as a power bank and accompanied with a USB OTG cable which enable users to connect and charge other devices.

The metal unibody design features ‘diamond cut’ chamfered edges and a 2.5D contoured glass. The 5.5-inch (1080X1920) full-HD display of the phone comes with Bluelight filter and the smartphone is based on Zen UI 3.0, running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

The phone packs 3GB RAM and 32 GB storage capacity, which is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The phone supports 4G LTE, comes with a fingerprint sensor and operated by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with Adreno 505.

Camera duties are handled by a 16MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. The list of features accompanied with rear camera include PDAF (Phase Detection Autofocus), Laser Autofocus and Electronic Image Stabilisation. Along with this, the camera also include a series of filters and modes that give better results to the users depending on the different requirements.

The phone is available at all the major online portals and ASUS Preferred Partner’s in three metallic colours which include Titanium Gray, Glacier Silver and Sand Gold. In the particular price bracket, the phone will be facing competition from the likes of LeEco Le Max 2, Xiomi Mi 5, OnePlus 2, and Moto Turbo.
