After witnessing a bunch of leaked images, which was rumoured to be Moto X, a new set of hands-on images are now flooding the Internet. There were a number of hands-on images and a series of rendered images. There were also contradictory reports that claimed the phone to be sold as Moto C.

But, the new set of images that are revealed hints that it will be the successor of Moto G4 Plus. Yes, contradicting all the previous reports, the new images are of the upcoming Moto G5 Plus. There is an individual who has list the Moto G5 Plus prototype on an online marketplace in Romania. The listing includes the pictures and the specifications that the production model will likely to have.

Moto G5 Plus Specifications

Starting with the screen size, it is likely that Moto G5 Plus bears a 5.5-inch 1080p touchscreen. Camera duties include 13 MP main camera and 5 MP front camera. Powering the phone will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset, 4GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage. A 3,080mAh battery pack will be equipped to fuel the smartphone.

The phone will run on Android 7.0 Nougat and also features a fingerprint sensor on the front.

Expected Launch

Though the phone which is listed on the Romanian market is a prototype, the official launch of Moto G5 Plus is likely to take place in February. The sales will begin from the following month, March. But, for the Indian market, it might take some more time to come.
