Idea has just launched a whole new range of premium entertainment apps. Named as Idea Movie Club, Idea Music Lounge, and Idea Game Spark, they pack an extensive collection of videos and live TV, music, and games respectively. Idea’s latest applications directly compete with Reliance Jio’s Jio Music, Jio TV, Jio Cinema, etc.
As more and more telecom operators are gradually expanding into the digital entertainment industry, Idea does not want to sit idle. The brand new set of premium applications will be accessible by nearly 200 million subscribers of the cellular service provider. Aditya Birla Group’s Idea is already in the news for its purported merger with Vodafone.
Idea Premium Entertainment Apps Launched
The newly announced Idea Movie Club will sport a throng of movies, live TV streaming, and some licensed short video and other premium contents. The application is already available for download from both Google Play Store and Apple iOS Store. Coming to pricing, the Idea Movie Club will cost only Rs. 49 per month. If you download the app before 31st March 2017, you shall become eligible for a free 90 days’ trial subscription.
Idea Music Lounge, on the other hand, packs an extensive collection of songs and music. It comes with some pretty amazing features like DJ Mode, Wake Up Mode and Dynamic Lyrics. Subscribing to the premium music app will get you unlimited downloads and streaming of high-quality audio from across the world. This too sports a monthly fee of Rs. 49 and offers a similar 90 days’ free introductory period.
Lastly, we come to the Idea Game Spark app. This is available for both Idea and non-Idea users. To use it, you need to visit www.ideagamespark.com. For Rs. 29 per month, you will get access to unlimited online and offline games including some virtual reality-based titles. Idea even has plans for pay-per-download and freemium tariff structures.
