We had earlier reported exclusively on the leak of an upcoming Swipe smartphone. It is now official. Swipe has introduced a new smartphone with a powerful battery pack and 4G VoLTE support. Yes, Swipe Elite Power is now listed on Flipkart and will available for sale from tomorrow. The company has not revealed the pricing yet. The consumers can get the notification about the price after signing up on Flipkart.

The Swipe Elite Power features a 5.5-inch HD (720 X 1280 pixels) IPS display and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The key highlight of the phone is its 4000 mAh battery. It supports 4G VoLTE and is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) processor. The processor is coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage. The storage can be expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.

The phone comes with hybrid-SIM slot and supports Micro-SIM and Nano-SIM. Swipe Elite Power is equipped with an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash while the front features a 5-megapixel. It also packs a fingerprint sensor at the back panel. The overall dimensions of the phone measure 156.5 mm X 77 mm X 8.8 mm (L X W X T). The listing shows that the phone will be available in only Space Grey colour.

Pricing And Availability

Swipe has priced the Elite Power at Rs. 6,999. While the pricing is great, the processor is a bit too weak. The phone is now available for purchase on Flipkart.

At this price point, the Xiaomi Redmi 3s is a much better option, featuring a more powerful and a newer Snapdragon 430 processor.
