Sandisk Ultra A1 MicroSD Card and Extreme Pro, Extreme Go USB 3.1 Launched

SanDisk introduced an example of new emerging technologies by launching its new products i.e. the Extreme Pro and Extreme Go USB flash drives and the 256GB SanDisk Ultra microSD card. The high capacity flash drives come with solid state drive, which is better than hard disk drives in terms of reading and writing speeds. The 256GB SanDisk Ultra Class A1 microSD card on the other hand is first of its class, featuring read speeds of 1500 IOPS and write speeds of 500 IOPS.

The 256GB SanDisk Ultra microSD card is a Class A1 microSD card and can save up to 24 hours of full HD video with transfer speeds up to 95MB/s and more without giving the consumer an insecurity of deleting anything before storing more. As supported by Android 6.0 Marshmallow, microSD card can be chosen as the adoptable storage and with the use Class A1 microSD card, which means apps can be loaded and launched on and through your microSD card. Your phone will run and launch the application at a high speed.

Extreme Pro USB 3.1 is an SSD which delivers superfast performance. It offers read speeds of up to 420MB/s and writing speeds of up to 380MB/s. The company claims that it is up to 35 times faster than a standard USB 2.0 drive. It comes in 128GB and 256GB variants.

SanDisk Extreme Pro USB 3.1 starts at Rs. 8,490 for the 128GB variant and Rs. 13,990 for the 256GB variant.

Extreme Go USB 3.1 helps you transfer a full length 4K movie in less than 40 seconds and 1000 photos in less than 60 seconds. It offers speeds of up to 150MB/s. In normal USBs it takes up to 10 minutes or more to transfer a 4K movie. With Extreme Go, you can do that in 40 seconds or less. It offers 35 times faster speed than USB 2.0s. Just like Extreme Pro USB 3.1, it also comes with called SecureAccess, which is 128-bit file encrypted and password protected. It comes in 64GB and 128GB variants.
