CEO of Xiaomi, Lei Jun confirmed that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will be launching in April. Since then it was rumored that Xiaomi is going to launch this flagship smartphone on April 11. However there is no truth in such news and Xiaomi had no such plans. Now Xiaomi has officially confirmed the date and Mi 6 will be launched on April 19.

Xiaomi Mi 6 Specifications
The Mi 6 will be sporting a 5.2 inch display with full-HD (1080p) resolution in the standard variant and quad-HD (1440p) resolution in the premium variant. Both will be running on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat update with the upcoming MIUI 9 skin on top.
The device may either sport a Snapdragon 821 chip-set or a Snapdragon 835 chip-set. Both will be having 4GB of RAM and 32GB of on-board storage on standard variant and 64GB on premium variant. There will also be a ceramic body variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM.
