Reliance Jio’s entry has increased competition in the telecom sector. Operators are now offering unlimited 4G data at unbelievable prices. The unlimited offer was first introduced by Reliance Jio, however now other operators are coming up with such plans.
Airtel and Vodafone have now introduced a new offer to compete with Reliance Jio’s Dhan Dhana Dhan offer. Airtel is now giving unlimited free calls and data for 70 days at just Rs. 399. Similarly Vodafone is offering unlimited free calls and data for 56 days at just Rs. 347.
Under Airtel’s Rs. 399 offer, customers will get unlimited free national voice calling to any network and free 1GB per day data for 70 days. However this offer is only valid for the users who have 4G enabled handset and a 4G SIM card. Users who don’t own either of the two will not be able to take benefit of this offer.
Vodafone has also introduced a similar offer like Airtel which offers unlimited free national voice calling to any network and free 1GB per day data for 56 days at Rs. 347. Make note that this offer is for 4G enabled devices. In case if you have a 3G or 2G enabled handset then you will get unlimited free national voice calling to any network and free 1GB per day data only for 28 days.
There is also a similar offer Rs. 648 on Airtel to counter the Reliance Jio’s Rs. 509 plan. Under this offer users will get unlimited free national voice calls to any network and 2GB data per day data for 70 days. These offers are valid for every existing prepaid customers of Airtel and customers can do the recharge from tomorrow.

Moreover there is also a smaller Rs. 244 offer as well on Airtel. Under this offer Airtel customers get unlimited free Airtel to Airtel voice calls and unlimited data for 70 days. Make a note that this offer is only for the users who own a 4G enabled handset and a 4G SIM card. This offer is kind of a small compromise on calling options and validity but costs less from the other two offers.
Apart from these offers for old customers, Airtel is also coming up with some new exciting offers for new customers. Airtel will be soon announcing two new first recharge plans (FRC) for the new Airtel customers. The two new FRC plans will be Rs. 449 and Rs. 293 plans. The Rs. 449 FRC will give you a benefit of unlimited national calls and 1GB per day data for 70 days. Rs. 293 FRC will offers daily unlimited on-net calling and 1GB per day data for 70 days.

This move of Airtel will be very beneficial for the old Airtel customers and new customers won’t be disappointed either.
