Xiaomi Mi 6C Jason Spotted With Snapdragon 660, 6GB RAM, Android N

Xiaomi had recently launched its latest flagship device, the Mi 6 in China. After that, it launched the Mi Max 2. Now, Xiaomi is looking to launch another variant of the Mi 6. The new device was spotted on GFXBench.

The device, dubbed as Xiaomi Jason is believed to be the Mi 6C. The device comes with the Qualcomm’s recently announced Snapdragon 660 processor. The difference between the Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi 6C will be its processor and the front camera. Let’s take a look at the specifications of the Mi 6C.

The Xiaomi Mi 6C Jason will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with MIUI skinned on top. The device features a 5.1 inch full HD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The device comes with 5 finger gesture support.

The Xiaomi Mi 6C is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor clubbed with Adreno 512 GPU. The device comes with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. Out of this 64 GB, users will get 50 GB of available storage.


Coming to the camera department, the device comes with a 12 megapixel primary camera with an LED flash. The company is probably using the same sensor as the one found on the Mi 6 and the Mi Max 2. On the front, the device sports a 4 megapixel secondary camera.

The GFXBench listing does not mention anything about the battery of the device. It mentions that the device comes with an accelerometer, bluetooth, compass, GPS, gyroscope, NFC, pedometer, proximity sensor and WiFi.
