Xiaomi 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2 Will Launch in India Soon

Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 2 is coming to India soon. The Chinese manufacturer has already started to tease about the upcoming product on social media. Guessing from the teaser, it seems to be the 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2. The successor of the Mi Power Bank comes with Lithium polymer batteries and supports two-way fast charging. The 10000mAh version of the Mi Power Bank 2 currently sells in China for 79 Yuan (Rs. 750 INR approx.).

Xiaomi 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2 Specifications

The new generation power bank from Xiaomi features premium aluminum unibody construction. It measures 130 mm x 71 mm x 14.1 mm. There are two color variants of the powerbank, namely, silver and black. A full sized USB port is present as the charging output and a micro USB port is there for current input.

The 10000mAh Mi Power Bank packs high-density lithium polymer cells. The superior quality batteries help deliver up to 93 percent conversion rate. Xiaomi claims that the actual output capacity is 6900mAh. This is enough to charge the iPhone 6 for 3.7 times and the Mi 5 for 2.4 times.

The upcoming power bank supports up to the 18-watt power input and till 15-watt current output. You can charge the Mi Power Bank 2 from 0 to 100 percent in just 4.2 hours if you use an 18W charger. Moreover, you can simultaneously fast charge any electronic device as the power bank supports two-way fast charging.

Speaking of safety features, the Mi Power Bank 2 comes with temperature protection, short circuit protection, overcharge and overdischarge protection, and much more.

We presume that the 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2 will retail for around Rs. 999-1200 in India. Talking of availability, you should be able to purchase it from Mi.com and maybe from Amazon.in or Flipkart later.
