Aircel Offers Unlimited Calls, 84GB 3G Data For 84 Days At Rs. 348

Aircel has introduced a new prepaid plan named FRC 348. This plan provides users with 1GB 3G data per day and unlimited calls at Rs. 348 with 84 days validity. The plan is offered to retain their customers in wake of the recent offers by Reliance Jio and other competitors.

The Aircel offer is currently available only for East UP. You can avail 1GB 3G data per day and make unlimited local and STD calls to any network for 84 days if you recharge with Aircel’s FRC 348 plan.

Offer from Jio

This offer is the latest addition to Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offers for Prime users. It gives 1GB 4G data per day, unlimited calls, SMS and Jio apps subscription for Rs. 399 with 84 days validity. The noticeable thing here is that Aircel is offering 3G data whereas Reliance Jio gives 4G data at slightly more prices.

Incumbents rise

In the early days of Reliance Jio, other network providers were struggling to retain customers. Now with a rapid descent for Jio in past 4 months, the incumbents are gaining back. With Airtel and Vodafone slashing postpaid plans, now Aircel has also introduced a prepaid plan to compete with Jio.

Reliance Communications (RCom) also recently unveiled a plan to attract basic data users who want 2G data by offering 1-year data validity. This can be seen as the time where other network providers start competing with Jio Head-on.

Aircel Circle Business Head – UP East, Rajiv Gupta said, “FRC 348 is by far the best value proposition in the market as the offer is open for all customers with all types of handsets be it 2G, 3G or 4G. This pack is especially designed considering the customers’ need for accessing high volumes of data to seamlessly connect with their family members through video chatting, social networking or streaming videos as well as making voice calls without worrying about their balance.”
