The Mi Max 2 features a 6.44 inch full HD IPS LCD display along with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The full metal unibody along with delicate antenna lines makes the phone look very refined. It runs MIUI 8 based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. Xiaomi is working on the MIUI 9 update at the moment, which should be released in the coming weeks.

As part of its 3rd anniversary, the Mi Max 2 will be available starting July 20th on Mi.com.
It will be available on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Tata Cliq and Paytm Mall starting July 27th. Offline partners like Big C, Sangeetha, LOT, Vijay Sales, Poorvika and eZone will also start selling the Mi Max 2 from July 27th.
