With the iPhone 11 set to debut today, the final build for iOS 11 is already out now. Today’s event is also the official unveiling of iOS 11, and the leaks have disclosed some major features and how they will look on iOS 11 on the iPhone 8.

The leaked Gold Master (GM version) includes a look at the key features in iOS 11 and the Apple iPhone 8. It has pointed out more about the working of FaceID, new emoticons, new wallpapers, and even a change in AirPods.

Starting with a major leak, the FaceID that was already confirmed has received a new leak. While FaceID is going to add 3D facial recognition on your iPhone, a GIF showing its working has been leaked online. It shows how to set up FaceID on iOS 11.

Coming to the second major leak about iOS 11, it is about the iPhone 8. A leakster has tweeted a video showcasing a cut-out at the top of the device. This cut out is the same as early leaks suggested on the iPhone 8 where the display stretches from top to bottom and a cut out is carved for the front camera and sensors array.

Other leaks include a set of new wallpapers shown added to the iOS 11. While Apple does so rarely, they have probably done this to mark the tenth-anniversary of the iPhone. 3D emoticons, named as ‘Animojis’ will also be there in iMessage and you can teach them with a facial movement and a recorded message before sending them.

Introduction of TrueTone display is also expected on the iPhone 8. It will adjust the display to suit ambient brightness. Not only display but various camera setting for portrait mode are also anticipated on the iPhone 8.
