Harman Kardon launches a new range of audio products in India

Harman India and JBL have launched a wide-range of audio products in India. All the newly launched Harman and JBL products will be available through Samsung Brand Stores across India before the end of 2017. The company has also unveiled the products that it showcased at the IFA event last month in Berlin.

Harman Kardon and JBL, which are the subsidiaries of Samsung Electronics have launched the products that include JBL Flip 4, JBL Pulse 3, Harman Kardon Traveler, Harman Kardon OMNI+ series, JBL Cinema SB 450 and Infinity Kappa Perfect 600. The IFA line-up includes Harman Kardon Allure, JBL LINK series, JBL Boombox, JBL Jr. and JBL Free.

Harman and JBL Audio Devices

The JBL Flip 4 is the latest addition to the Flip series wireless speakers. The JBL Pulse 3 is a Bluetooth speaker with 360-degrees sound and it is also waterproof and the JBL Cinema SB 450 is a 4K Ultra-HD Soundbar that is 8-inches in size and has 3 HDMI Inputs and one HDMI Output.

The Harman Kardon Traveler is a portable speaker for travelers and the Harman Kardon OMNI+ series is Wi-Fi connected HD Home audio systems with advanced streaming capabilities. Infinity KAPPA Perfect 600 is a 2-way 800w Car Audio Component Speaker System.


Coming to the IFA line-up, the JBL Link series is the company’s first voice-activated speaker with Google Assistant support. The Harman Kardon Allure is the First high-end speaker in the Indian market with Amazon Alexa support and it combines far-field voice recognition technology with refined 360-degrees sound.

JBL Jr is JBL’s first product for kids. The headphone is for kids that combines both entertainment needs and satisfies safety concern of parents. JBL Boombox is a wireless portable Bluetooth speaker and the new JBL Free is a pair of wireless in-ear headphones.

Pricing and Availability

The JBL Flip 4 is priced at Rs. 9,999, the JBL Pulse 3 wireless speaker’s price is Rs. 15,999. The Harman Kardon Traveler costs Rs. 9,990, the JBL Cinema SB 450 is priced at Rs. 39,999. The Harman Kardon Allure Speaker costs Rs. 22,499, JBL Boombox Portable Bluetooth Speaker is priced at Rs. 34,990 and the JBL Free is priced at Rs. 7,990.

All these products will be available via select Samsung authorized stores and a few other select retail stores. They will also be available through various online stores as well and the company’s own website. It is to be noted that the IFA 2017 products will be available in India starting the first quarter of 2018.
