We have new leaks about the unreleased HTC U11 Ocean Life, suggesting that the phone will be available on T-Mobile in the USA. The HTC U11 Life, codenamed as the HTC U11 Ocean Life is tipped to be a mid-range device from HTC, offering water resistance and Snapdragon 630 processor.
A recent Reddit post by a T-Mobile store manager shows the notification he has received regarding the HTC U11 Life for his store. The Notification says “HTC U11 Life Blu Demo” which means T-Mobile stores will keep units of the HTC U11 Life.
HTC U11 Life specifications
The unreleased HTC U11 Ocean Life has been leaked a few times revealing some key specifications of the smartphone. It is tipped to come with an IP67 certification for water-resistance and a 5.2-inch full HD resolution display.
In the camera department, the HTC U-11 Life is expected to pack a 16MP rear camera with LED flash and a 16MP front-facing camera. In terms of hardware, the phone is expected to sport a Snapdragon 630 processor. The phone is expected to come in two variants – 3GB and 4GB RAM with 32GB and 64GB of internal storage respectively.
Coming to software, the HTC U11 Life is expected to run Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box. It is tipped to be an Android One smartphone with HTC Edge Sense. The Edge Sense feature has also received some upgrades making it more utilitarian and polished.
Rumours also suggest the HTC U11 Ocean Life is expected to pack a 2,600 mAh battery. Connectivity options may include Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, 4G VoLTE, GPS, and USB Type-C port.
The HTC U11 Ocean Life will be coming to T-Mobile in the USA and is expected to be priced around $400 (roughly Rs. 25,900). The Indian availability of the phone is not yet tipped but we will keep you updated as information pours in.
