Smartphone maker Panasonic has introduced another budget smartphone in their Indian lineup, dubbed as the Panasonic P100. The Panasonic P100 comes with a display with curved edges and it is competitively priced at Rs. 5,299.
This latest offering from Panasonic comes with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor and is powered by a quad-core processor. Available in four colour options, the Panasonic P100 comes in 2 RAM variants so you can choose the one that fits your budget and needs.
Panasonic P100 Specifications
The Panasonic P100 sports a 5 inch LCD panel with HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution and a 2.5D curved glass panel with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. In terms of optics, you get an 8MP primary camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera accompanied by an LED flash.
Coming to the hardware, the Panasonic P100 is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor clocked at 1.25GHz coupled with Mali-T720 GPU. This combination is complemented with two RAM variants i.e. 1GB and 2GB, along with 16GB internal storage and up to 128GB expandable memory via microSD card.
The device runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and it is skinned with Panasonic’s custom UI to optimise the phone’s performance. It is powered by a 2,200mAh battery and comes with dedicated dual SIM and microSD card slots. Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, a Micro USB port and a 3.5mm audio jack are the standard connectivity options you get on the device.
Pricing and availability
The Panasonic P100 is available in four colour variants i.e. Blue, Black, Gold, and Dark Grey. The device is priced at a Rs. 5299 for the 1GB RAM model and Rs. 5,999 for the 2GB RAM model. You can get it from Flipkart.
