LG K8, K10 and K10+ 2018 models unveiled at #MWC2018

LG Electronics has unveiled the 2018 edition model of its LG K8, K10 and K10+ smartphones at the ongoing MWC 2018. All three models are the upgraded version of their previous models and they come with some new features in terms of design and camera. All the three devices will soon be available in the global market.

LG has not revealed anything about the pricing of the latest K series phones yet. If we talk about upgraded features, the smartphones come with a 2.5D Arc Glass build. Moreover, there are preloaded with new camera features such as a new Low Light Noise Reduction option, HDR mode, and a Flash Jump Shot, which clicks a photo every three seconds and stitches them together into a GIF for sharing.

LG K8 (2018) Specifications

The LG K8 (2018) features a 5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) On-Cell display. The phone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with LG’s skin on top. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

In terms of optics, the K8 (2018) sports an 8MP rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The advanced camera UX and low-light photography have been improved compared to the previous generation K8. It also comes with features like Auto Shot, Gesture Shot, Flash for Selfie and Quick Share. The device is powered by a 2,500mAh battery.


LG K10 (2018), LG K10+ (2018) Specifications

The new LG10 and K10+ (2018) feature a 5.3-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) In-Cell display and run on Android 7.1 Nougat. Both the smartphones are powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core SoC. The only difference between these phones is that the LG K10 (2018) comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage while the K10+ (2018) comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage. The storage can be expanded up to 2TB via a microSD card.

In terms of camera, both the devices sport a 13-megapixel rear and an 8-megapixel or 5-megapixel (wide) camera at the front. On the connectivity front, the phones will come with Wi-Fi (802.11 b, g, n), Bluetooth 4.2 and a USB 2.0 port. The K10 (2018) devices are powered by a 3,000mAh battery. The smartphones sports a fingerprint sensor at the back.
