Realme 2 Pro Launched in India for Rs. 13,990: Specifications, Features

Oppo’s sub-brand Realme launched the much awaited Realme 2 Pro smartphone today in India. The key highlights of the new Realme 2 Pro are FHD+ waterdrop display, Snapdragon 660 chipset with up to 8GB RAM, dual AI cameras etc. The Realme 2 Pro price in India starts at Rs. 13,990 for the base variant and it is will go on sale from Flipkart. The company also announced a budget smartphone Realme C1 today.

Realme 2 Pro Specifications

If we talk about full specifications, the Realme 2 Pro sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ full-screen display with 90.8% screen-to-body ratio and a new dewdrop notch on top. Under the hood, it gets Snapdragon 660 AIE processor with up to 8GB RAM and up to 128GB storage.

In terms of camera, it gets a dual rear camera setup with a 16MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture, 1.12μm pixels, and a 2MP secondary depth camera. It sports a 16MP front camera supporting AI beautification features. The camera also supports 4K video recording.

Connectivity options on the phone include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a micro USB port. It packs a 3500mAh battery that can offer a whole day with a single recharge. The smartphone runs ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

Price, launch offers, availability

The Realme 2 Pro 4GB+64GB model is priced at Rs. 13,990. While the 6GB+64GB model costs Rs. 15,990. Lastly, the top end 8GB+128GB model is priced at Rs. 17,990. The smartphone will go on sale from October 11 via Flipkart.

If we talk about launch offers, Reliance Jio users will get up to 1.1TB data and benefits up to Rs. 4,450 on purchasing the Realme 2 Pro and No Cost EMI options are also available on Flipkart. The smartphone will come in Black Sea, Blue Ocean, and Ice Lake color options.
