Realme launched its latest smartphone Realme U1 in India just last month. It was exclusive to Amazon India and went on sale from December 5 and that was the flash sale. Now, the company has announced that the Realme U1 3GB RAM version will go on open sale starting from December 17. While the 4GB RAM version’s flash sale is scheduled for December 19. The Realme U1 price in India starts at Rs. 11,999 for the 3GB/32GB version and the 4GB/64GB version costs Rs. 14,499.
Realme U1 Specifications
If we recall the specs, the Realme U1 sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ (1080×2340 pixels) LCD panel with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, it gets latest MediaTek Helio P70 chipset coupled with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage.
In the camera department, it has a dual rear camera set up with a 13MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. There is a 25MP front camera with Sony IMX576 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 1.8-micron pixels, and 4-in-1 pixels technology. The front camera supports AI Face Unlock and AI Beauty+ mode.
In terms of connectivity, the device supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS and 3.5mm headphone jack. The device is powered by a 3,500mAh battery. The smartphone runs ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
