The video shows that the large screen folds on both sides and turns into a compact device. As per the company, this will be the world’s first phone with a dual-side foldable display.
Xiaomi co-founder and President Lin Bin himself posted the video on social media. He writes that the phone has been developed after several technical problems in flexible folding screen technology and adapting MIUI to the foldable screen.
