Vivo X30 India Launch: Full Specifications, Price & Availability

Vivo has announced that it will launch a new flagship X30 smartphone next month. The phone will be powered by Samsung’s latest Exynos 980 8nm processor that has support for dual-mode 5G networks. As per the rumors, the phone will feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED 90Hz screen and 64MP quad rear cameras. There will also be an X30 Pro version that will have a slightly larger 6.89-inch AMOLED 90Hz screen, 60MP quad rear cameras with upcoming Sony IMX686 sensor and support for liquid cooling.

Vivo X30 Specifications

Design & Display: Glass back & 90Hz AMOLED

Vivo X30 will sport a 6.5-inch Full HD+(2400 x 1080 pixels) 20:9 aspect ratio AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. It will also come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone will also have an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Exynos 980 Hardware

The phone will be powered by a new Octa-Core Exynos 980 8nm processor with ARM Mali-G76 MP5GPU. The new chipset has 2 x 2.2GHz ARM Cortex-A77 CPUs and 6x 1.8GHz ARM A55 CPUs. It will be paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.1 storage.

64MP Quad Camera

The quad-camera setup on the phone will have a 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 13MP Telephoto lens for 5x zoom, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. There will be a 32MP front camera with a Samsung GD1 sensor.


Battery & Connectivity

The phone will pack a 4500mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support. Connectivity features on the phone will include 3.5mm audio jack, 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz) 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C.

Price & Availability

As per the leaks, the Vivo X30 is expected to be priced at 3198 yuan (Rs. 32,500 approx.) for the standard 8GB RAM/128GB storage version. The 8GB RAM/256GB storage elite edition will be priced at 3598 yuan (Rs. 36,500 approx.). The phone will be launched in the coming weeks and we will update you about the India launch date soon.
