OPPO F15 India Launch on January 16: Full Specs, Price & Availability

OPPO has confirmed that it will launch the OPPO F15 smartphone in India on January 16. The company’s next-gen F series phone is the successor of this year’s OPPO F11. The company has posted the teaser image that shows the side profile of the phone. Earlier, a teaser video confirmed quad cameras and a waterdrop notch display. Notably, the F15 in the teaser looks similar to the OPPO A91, which was launched in China last week.

The key features of that OPPO phone include a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, Helio P70 SoC with 8GB RAM, 48MP quad rear cameras, and a 4000mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging. On the basis of that, we have listed here full specs and expected Indian pricing of upcoming OPPO F15.

OPPO F15 Full Specs

The new OPPO F15 sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+(2400 × 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone also has an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone is sleek with just 7.9mm thickness and its weight is 172g.

The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio P70 12nm processor with ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It is paired with 8GB LPPDDR4x RAM and 128GB storage that is expandable up to 256GB with microSD. The smartphone runs on ColorOS 6.1 based on Android 9 Pie.

There is a 48MP main camera, an 8MP 119° ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP camera for 4cm macro shots. There is a 16MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

Connectivity features on the phone include 3.5mm audio jack, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. The phone packs a 4025mAh battery with 30W VOOC 3.0 fast charging support.

Price & Availability

OPPO A91 is priced at 1999 yuan (Rs. 20,300 approx.) in China, so we expect OPPO F15 price in India might be around Rs. 20,000. OPPO has been posting teasers on Flipkart and Amazon.in, so the phone will be available via these two online portals as well as offline stores in the third week of January.
