Samsung launched the Galaxy M31 smartphone in India today. The company’s latest M series phone is the successor to last year’s Galaxy M30s and comes with mostly similar specs but it has a 64MP quad cameras and a 32MP camera on the front. Other key specs of Galaxy M31 include a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display, Exynos 9611 10nm SoC with 6GB of RAM, and a huge 6000mAh battery with 15W fast charging. Galaxy M31 Specifications

The Galaxy M31 sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+(2340 x 1080 pixels) Infinity-U Super AMOLED display. It is powered by Exynos 9611 10nm processor with Mali-G72MP3 GPU.

The phone packs 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The storage is expandable up to 512GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone runs on Android 10 with One UI 2.0 on top.

The quad rear camera setup includes a 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP 123° ultra-wide-angle camera, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 5MP macro sensor. The phone has a 32MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

Connectivity options on the phone include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C. The phone also supports Dolby Atmos.

The Galaxy M31 packs a massive 6000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. The company promises 26 hours of video playback, 48 hours of voice calls, and more than 119 hours of music playback.

Price, Availability

The Samsung Galaxy M31 price in India starts at Rs. 14,999 for the 6GB+64GB version and goes up to Rs. 15,999 for the 6GB+128GB version. The phone will be available via Amazon.in starting from March 5.

Samsung says that this is an introductory offer price for a few weeks only and after that, the phone will cost Rs. 1,000 more.
