Redmi Band Coming to India Soon; Could Be A Realme Band Killer

Xiaomi recently celebrated its 10th anniversary in China and organized Mi Fan Festival 2020. The company introduced several products at the event including Redmi Band. It is the first band under the Redmi brand and comes with features like a 1.08-inch square color display, 5ATM water resistance similar to the Mi Band 4, up to 14 days of battery life, and a built-in charging port. The wrist band also sports a heart rate sensor and comes with sleep monitor, activity tracker, sedentary reminder and much more.

Redmi Band Specs

The Redmi Band sports a rectangular 1.08-inch color display. It has 5ATM water resistance up to 50 meters. Xiaomi also offers more than 70 personalized dial faces on the Redmi Band. Ther band comes with four different wristband options in Black, Blue, Green, and Orange colors.

The new affordable band comes with five sports modes and also has an optical heart rate sensor that offers real-time heart rate monitoring. It also comes with sleep monitoring with the ability to offer sleeping patterns as well as a sedentary reminder.

The smart band sports an integrated USB connector that can be plugged into a USB-A port on the charger, laptop or PC so there is no need for the charging cable. The battery inside the band can last for 14 days on a single charge.


Price, Availability

The Redmi Band is priced at 99 yuan (Rs. 1,060 approx.). It will go on sale in China from April 9. The band is also expected to come to Indi very soon. Here, it will give a thought fight to Realme Band.

To recall, Realme launched its first fitness band in India a few days back. The Realme Band comes with features like a 0.96-inch LCD color display, heart rate sensor, 9 sports modes, sleep tracking, built-in charging port, and IP68 ratings for a price of Rs. 1,499.
