Apple launched the new iPhone SE yesterday. The company’s latest affordable iPhone SE 2020 is the successor of iPhone SE that came back in 2016. This new iPhone SE should replace the iPhone 8, as Apple is planning to discontinue that. The key features of the new iPhone include A13 Bionic chip that also powers the iPhone 11, a 4.7-inch HD Retina screen with Haptic Touch, 12MP rear camera and 7MP front camera. The device sports a glass and aluminum body and also features Touch ID below the display. The company says it has the same battery as iPhone 8.

Apple iPhone SE 2020 Full Specs
The new iPhone SE sports a 4.7-inch (1334 x 750 pixels) IPS display. The device is water and dust resistant with the IP67 rating.
It is powered by a six-core A13 Bionic 64-bit processor with an 8-core neural engine. The phone packs up to 256GB storage options. The iPhone runs on iOS 13.
In terms of camera, there is a 12MP wide-angle (f/1.8) rear camera with OIS, True Tone flash, and 4K video recording at 60 fps support. It has a 7MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture and 1080p video recording support.
Connectivity features include Dual SIM (nano + eSIM), 802.11ax Wi‑Fi 6 with 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC with reader mode, GPS and GLONASS. It can offer Gigabit-class 4G LTE speeds up to 1.6Gbps.
The device has a built-in lithium-ion battery that offers up to 13 hours of video playback. It supports Qi wireless charging and 18W fast charging, however, a 5w charger comes in the box.
The iPhone comes with a TouchID fingerprint sensor and also sports built‑in stereo speaker.
The device comes in Black, White, and PRODUCT(RED) colors. Dimensions of the handset are 138.4x 67.3×7.3mm and its weight is just 148g.
Price, Availability
The Apple iPhone SE 2020 price in India starts at Rs. 42,500 for the 64GB version, the 128GB version costs Rs. 47,800, and the 256GB version is priced at Rs. 58,300.
In comparison, its price in the US is $399 (Rs. 30,555 approx.) for the 64GB version, $449 (Rs. 34,390 approx.) for the 12GB version and $549 (Rs. 42,040 approx.) for the 256GB version.
It will be available from April 24 in the US and soon in India through Apple’s authorized sellers.
